We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Promote oral care and household consumer products through both online and offline channels.
• Plan promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and market activation activities.
• Manage social media, digital advertising, marketing content, and brand communication.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, consumer trends, and customer feedback.
• Identify new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other sales channels.
• Work closely with the sales team and branch offices to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare marketing budgets, performance reports, and monthly action plans.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all marketing materials and sales channels.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, oral care, household products, or retail distribution is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop practical marketing plans and deliver measurable results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing or design tools.
• Must be responsible, proactive, creative, and able to work with limited supervision.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
