Diversay Solutions Limited is a Nigerian company focused on animal health and livestock solutions. The company provides veterinary pharmaceuticals, laboratory services, equipment, biosecurity solutions, and technical support to farmers, veterinarians, and livestock industry businesses.

Job Summary

• The Marketing Officer will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
• The role involves market research, campaign coordination, content development, customer engagement, digital marketing, and monitoring marketing activities to ensure they align with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
• Manage and create content for social media and other digital platforms.
• Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
• Support sales activities by generating leads, following up on prospects, and promoting company products.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to identify business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
• Assist with product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, events, and other promotional activities.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
• Track and report on marketing and sales activities, leads, campaigns, and results.
• Ensure marketing activities are aligned with company objectives and approved budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Agriculture or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in veterinary/animal health, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and basic sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
