Job Summary

• Our client is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Marketing Executives to drive  business growth by promoting the Company's pension products and services.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and increasing market penetration while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new clients.
• Promote the Company's pension products and services to individuals, organizations, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and financial awareness sessions.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales, marketing, and activity reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Represent the organization professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to build and sustain productive business relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Good presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
