Job Description

  • We are a logistics company on OAU Campus seeking an organized and proactive Office Assistant to support the CEO and coordinate daily delivery operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with calls, emails, WhatsApp enquiries, scheduling and daily reports
  • Coordinate and dispatch riders, assign orders and track deliveries
  • Update customers on delivery status and handle complaints professionally
  • Record all parcels, delivery fees, and balance daily cash from riders
  • Maintain rider attendance, logbooks, and office filing system
  • Manage front desk, petty cash, and ensure office is organized

Requirements

  • OND or SSCE in Business Admin or related field
  • Must reside in Ile-Ife (OAU Campus axis preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and good with smartphone/WhatsApp
  • Excellent communication, honest, organized, and able to coordinate rider.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
