We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales & Operations Lead
Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo
Resumption: Immediate
Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00am–5:00pm
About the role
- Lead the physical sales team and coordinate daily operations so customer orders progress efficiently from confirmation to successful delivery.
What you’ll do
- Allocate orders, set daily priorities, and monitor follow-up activity.
- Coach representatives on product knowledge, objection handling, closing, and upselling.
- Track confirmed, scheduled, delivered, cancelled, and unresolved orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory personnel on stock availability and delivery issues.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and operational delays.
- Ensure accurate CRM records and complete staff reports.
- Review discrepancies with responsible staff and escalate unresolved issues.
- Submit performance reports showing results, challenges, and corrective actions.
- Maintain attendance, accountability, and orderly office operations.
What success looks like
- Delivered sales, delivery rate, follow-up completion, reporting accuracy, and team productivity.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience supervising a sales or customer-service team.
- Strong sales coaching, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and performance reports.
- E-commerce or pay-on-delivery experience is an advantage.
