Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, inventory management, and logistics while driving efficiency and ensuring smooth business operations across luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, and logistics coordination.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, warehousing, order fulfilment, and product distribution.
  • Monitor operational costs, resource utilisation, and team performance.
  • Supervise warehouse and operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in operations and warehouse management, preferably within FMCG or luxury retail.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and relevant inventory or warehouse management systems.

Salary
N600,000 – N850,000 monthly.
