Job Description

• An established event company is looking for a proactive, organized, and results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee its operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Plan and oversee event logistics, including equipment movement, setup, and dismantling.
• Assign duties to staff, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
• Ensure event equipment and materials are properly handled, stored, and maintained.
• Coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor inventory and report damaged or missing equipment.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, event management, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good reporting and administrative skills.
• High level of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Candidates residing around Sangotedo and its environs are strongly preferred. Proximity is key!
