Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the employer.
• The ideal candidate shouldbe able to manage schedules, handle correspondence, coordinate appointments, and ensure daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
• Organize travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
• Prepare documents, reports, and meeting notes when required.
• Run errands and coordinate personal and official activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on assigned tasks, and provide timely reminders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the employer.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate flexibility.
• A valid driver's license is an added advantage where applicable
