Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

About the Role

• We’re hiring a qualified Pharmacy Technician to provide remote customer and patient support.
• You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with questions about medications and orders.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer and patient inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Answer general questions about medications, dosages, usage, and availability
• Process and follow up on prescription orders and refills
• Escalate clinical or complex cases to the supervising pharmacist when needed
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Flag any safety, compliance, or stock issues promptly

Requirements (Must Have)

• Prior experience in a pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, customer-support tools, and video calls
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Nice to Have:

• Previous remote or call-center experience
• Familiarity with pharmacy management or EMR software
