Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to manage our supply chain operations and procurement processes.
• The ideal candidate will handle vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and inventory tracking to ensure optimal cost-efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
• Manage purchase requisitions and oversee order fulfillment.
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and alternative supply sources.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar supply chain role.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

Salary
N150,000 - N155,000 / month.
