Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled, organized and hands-on Production Manager to oversee our production process and ensure timely delivery, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities 

  • Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities
  • Ensure all orders are produced according to design, measurements and quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate tailors, assistants and other production staff
  • Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Oversee fabric usage, trims and production materials
  • Maintain quality control at every stage of production
  • Keep accurate production records and reports
  • Work closely with the creative and admin team to support operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fashion production management (RTW or bespoke)
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and finishing
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about fashion and committed to excellence.
