We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Process Checker
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Job Purpose
- To assist in ensuring compliance to established Quality Assurance processes.
The Job
- Incoming packaging material receipt inspection.
- Delivery truck and bulk tank inspection.
- Validation of mill and packing equipment cleaning.
- Pre and post fumigation inspection.
- Online packing inspection including weight checks, coding, stitching and others.
- Validation of Bin, Mill and Packing Equipment Cleaning.
- Ensure efficient CCP monitoring.
- Conduct pep talk and induction to factory personnel and newly employed factory operatives on quality and food safety.
Qualification
- Minimum of 5 credits including Mathematics and English in O'Levels (WAEC/NECO/GCE) in Science Discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in manufacturing, food processing, or flour milling operations.
The Person Must:
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation management systems.
- Have practical knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and hygiene control programs.
- Be able to work under minimal supervision.
