Job Summary

• Insulation, Dynamic, Engineering and Acoustic Limited is seeking a mid-level Quantity Surveyor 2 to support onsite construction projects.
• You will prepare estimates, manage project costs and contracts, and help ensure delivery remains commercially sound and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans from drawings, specifications, and project scope.
• Monitor project expenditure, valuations, variations, and forecasts against approved budgets.
• Prepare tender documentation, review supplier and subcontractor quotations, and support procurement decisions.
• Administer contracts and maintain commercial records for clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Assess and document variations, claims, and payment applications accurately and promptly.
• Identify commercial and delivery risks and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues.
• Ensure cost-control activities align with contractual obligations, applicable building requirements, and site safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant quantity surveying experience on construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare estimates, bills of quantities, valuations, and project cost reports.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and subcontractor management.
• Strong financial analysis, numerical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying or cost-estimating tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with site and project teams.
• Must live in or around Mushin, Lagos, to support the fully on-site role.

Salary
N280,00 - N350,000 per month.
