We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients warmly (in-person, calls and messages)
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Provide information about services and promotions
  • Maintain accurate client records
  • Handle payments and issue receipts
  • Support daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure a clean and organised front desk area

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionsit or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, reliable and professional
  • Proficiency in MS Office & basic administrative tasks
  • Friendly and a team player.
