BK Nails is a premier luxury manicure / pedicure studio and professional nail academy located in the heart of Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations / Sales Manager

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
  • Manage. motivate and coordinate staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure excellent client experience and service standards
  • Monitor inventory, supplies and cost control
  • Support marketing and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with health. safety and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operations or a similar role (preferably in the beauty or service industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication.
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Sales-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Professionalism at all times especially with dressing.
