Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• We are seeking a result driven and responsible Recovery Officer to join our Microfinance Institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow uo on overdue and delinquent loan accounts to ensure timely repayment
• Contact borrowers through calls, visits, and other approved recovery channels.
• Conduct diled visits and engage customers on outstanding loan obligations.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and customer accounts.
• Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
• Prepare regular recovery reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirement.

Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor`s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in loan recovery, debt collection, in a mircofinance, or banking is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negatiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and geeral computer operations.
• Ability to work independently,as a team, and handle challenging customers professionally.
• Willingness to carry out field visits as required.
