About the Role

• Are you looking to break into Human Resources and Talent Acquisition? We are seeking an energetic, eager-to-learn Recruitment Intern to join our team.
• This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is needed—we will train and guide you through everything you need to know!

What You Will Learn & Do

• Candidate Sourcing: Learn how to find top talent across various platforms.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and screen applicants against job requirements.
• Interviewing: Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Recruitment Metrics: Understand recruitment KPIs and tracking tools.
• Daily Execution: Execute daily talent sourcing tasks and recruitment activities under guidance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: No recruitment experience required—just a passion to learn.
• Availability: Must have full-time availability to dedicate to daily tasks for 6 months and be ready to start immediately.
• Attributes: Open-minded, coachable, highly disciplined, and strictly follows instructions.
• Stipend Terms: Comfortable with an unpaid learning internship structure offering a N10,000 monthly data allowance.
