We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional HR Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Regional HR to manage HR operations and support the regional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, salary, commission and deductions.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
  • Support performance management and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide timely updates.
  • Follow up assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Proactively communicate any issues or delays.

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and payroll.
  • Good knowledge of employee relations and Nigerian HR practices.
  • Strong communication, execution and follow-up skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must reside in Ibadan.
  • Fintech or sales-driven company experience is an advantage.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
