Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Reports to: Head of Revenue
Description
- Be the face of Soundhous in store. Every visit should feel like a luxury showroom, not a gadget shop.
What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors, understand how they listen, and run personalized listening demos
- Sell complete solutions: speakers, streamers, amps, subwoofers, installation and warranty
- Prepare custom proposals with the Design Studio, and pass home-installation leads to field sales
- Keep demo rooms working and displays to each brand's standard
- Process sales on the POS, record clients in the CRM, and protect high-value stock
What You Bring
- 3+ years in premium retail (high-end audio, electronics, luxury fashion, auto showroom or similar)
- A real interest in music, sound and technology, and comfort setting up apps, streaming and Wi-Fi devices
- Excellent spoken English, presentation and grooming
- Calm and confident with demanding, high-profile clients
- Available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
Pay
Base + commission.
