TrustBanc Group is the Asset Management arm of the Group and focuses mainly on Asset Management products and Client relationship Management. They develop various products for the group as well as generate liabilities to manage those products. Over the years, we have effectively rendered advisory services to various quoted companies in Nigeria and public corporations. We are currently working as Financial Adviser on different capital raising projects.

Job Description

• Are you persuasive, customer-focused, and passionate about sales and financial services? We are looking for a results-driven individual to drive customer acquisition and sales through telephone and other virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote financial products and services.
• Follow up on leads, engage prospects, handle objections, and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
• Respond to customer enquiries and guide prospects through loan applications and account opening.
• Maintain customer relationships, drive retention, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years’ experience in Telesales, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
