This is a part-time, remote role for a Sales Agent at Pack'N'Pay.
The Sales Agent will engage prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and online channels to promote Pack'N'Pay’s products and services.
Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, explaining product benefits, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through the ordering process on the e-commerce platform.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and supporting customer retention through professional service.
The Sales Agent may collaborate with the team to share feedback from customers and participate in occasional training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and respond to inquiries clearly and professionally.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and a results-oriented mindset to identify opportunities, convert leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Candidates should possess relevant Insurance or product knowledge when applicable, with the ability to understand and explain service offerings accurately.
Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and apply Training to improve sales techniques, platform usage, and product knowledge.
Additional qualifications: comfort working remotely with reliable internet access; basic computer and smartphone literacy; familiarity with e-commerce or retail is an advantage; prior experience in sales or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
