Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Sales Associate who understands luxury and niche perfumery and can guide clients through personalized fragrance experiences.
  • The successful candidate will combine strong product knowledge, storytelling, sales ability, and exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in luxury or niche fragrance.
  • Strong understanding of olfactory families, fragrance notes, and fragrance structure.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients.
  • Polished presentation and strong luxury customer-service skills.
  • Confidence using WhatsApp and social media for client relationship management.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
