Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships.
• The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop strategies that achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure consistent revenue generation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop client relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market development, and customer management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Candidates with experience in real estate, technology, FMCG, financial services, or professional services sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary
N150,000 - N2000,000 per month.
