Role Summary

• We are recruiting a results-driven Sales Executive (Bread Improver) to drive B2B field sales, client acquisition, and market penetration within Kaduna State for a leading FMCG bakery ingredients manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business: Acquire new artisanal, medium-scale, and large-scale bakery accounts across Kaduna.
• B2B Sales: Pitch and sell bread improvers, preservatives, and premium baking ingredients.
• Product Demos: Conduct practical baking trials to demonstrate product yield and quality benefits to bakers.
• Account Management: Manage distributor networks and maintain recurring sales with existing bakeries.
• Targets: Meet monthly sales volume, revenue, and cash collection KPIs.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields.
• Experience: 2–4 years of FMCG field sales experience. Direct experience in baking ingredients, flour, or yeast sales is highly preferred.
• Territory: Deep knowledge of the commercial bakery clusters and market geography in Kaduna.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Hausa.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 gross per month + sales commissions
