PC Place is a Nigerian retailer specializing in computers, electronics, and accessories, with both an online store and physical locations. The company's head office is located in Ikeja, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business goals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience intech.
• Knowledge of digital sales channels and modern sales techniques.
• Multilingual abilities (if relevant to your market).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N300,000 / month. 
• Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
