Job Summary

  • We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote products, engage customers, and drive sales within assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate products to prospective customers.
  • Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product information.
  • Drive product awareness and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at assigned locations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

  • SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, promotion, retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Target-driven and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
