Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Salon Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon.
  • Supervise and coordinate salon staff.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance and productivity.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Manage bookings, appointments and daily workflow.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies and equipment.
  • Support sales growth and client retention.
  • Handle customer complaints and service recovery.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and professional standards are maintained.
  • Prepare and monitor daily operational reports.
  • Ensure salon policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in salon or beauty business management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily salon operations efficiently.
  • Experience with staff scheduling, performance monitoring and inventory management.
  • Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Good understanding of salon services, standards and procedures.
  • Proficiency with basic administrative tools and record keeping.
  • Must be organised, proactive, professional and results-driven.
