Job Title: Salon Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium beauty salon and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Coordinate and supervise salon staff and schedules
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and service excellence
• Manage client relationships, feedback, and complaints
• Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support sales, client retention, and achievement of salon targets
• Ensure the salon maintains a clean, organised, professional, and luxurious environment
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management on people and operational matters
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and salon resources
• Prepare and communicate operational reports when required
• Drive teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, or a related service environment
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Proven experience in team coordination and leadership
• Good knowledge and understanding of hair and salon operations
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle client concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Experience managing daily salon operations, schedules, appointments, and service delivery
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of professionalism
• Ability to monitor staff performance, productivity, grooming, and compliance with company standards
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support sales, client retention, and business growth
• Ability to work effectively in a high-end, fast-paced beauty environment
• Must be polished, confident, proactive, and customer-focused.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
