Job Summary

• The Triplets Studio is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, lead the front-of-house experience, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless service delivery across our beauty and lifestyle offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily studio operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high operational standards across all service areas.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, welcome guests warmly, manage enquiries and complaints professionally, and ensure a premium guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Front Desk & Guest Relations: Supervise front desk activities, manage guest bookings and appointments, coordinate service flow, and ensure effective guest interfacing.
• Floor Management: Actively manage the front floor, monitor staff activities, coordinate appointments, minimise waiting time, and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and coordinate staff, ensure adherence to company policies and service standards, and promote accountability and teamwork.
• Beauty Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a good understanding of hair services and hairstyling, manicure, pedicure, and other salon or beauty studio services to support service coordination and customer engagement.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and products, promote relevant add-ons, and contribute to revenue growth and customer retention.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track product usage, coordinate replenishment, reduce wastage, and ensure proper inventory records and accountability.
• Quality Control: Monitor service delivery, studio presentation, cleanliness, staff grooming, and compliance with established operational standards.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate operational records, prepare reports, monitor performance, and escalate operational issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, salon management, studio management, hospitality, or a premium beauty and lifestyle establishment.
• Previous experience managing a salon or beauty studio is strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and guest-relations skills.
• Strong leadership, people-management, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of salon services, including hair, hairstyling, manicure, and pedicure.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services and products.
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling, front desk operations, and basic computer applications.
• A polished, professional appearance with a strong appreciation for luxury service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and maintain high standards under pressure.
