Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilties

  • Oversee daily business operations.
  • Supervise employees and operational teams.
  • Ensure services are delivered to clients as agreed.
  • Prepare and monitor work schedules and staff deployment.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and staff performance.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Manage operational resources, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems.
  • Monitor service quality and customer complaints.
  • Coordinate logistics and field activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Monitor operational costs and reduce unnecessary expenses.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance requirements are followed.
  • Work with HR to address staffing and disciplinary issues.
  • Liaise with clients regarding service delivery and operational concerns.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience.
