We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Asthetician

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Asthetician to join our luxury beauty studio. The ideal candidate should be highly knowledgeable in skincare, facial treatments, and aesthetic procedures, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform professional facial, skincare, and aesthetic treatments in line with studio standards.
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare routines.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Provide exceptional, personalised customer service to high-end clients.
  • Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatments based on client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow up where necessary.
  • Stay updated on current skincare trends, products, and aesthetic techniques.
  • Support and mentor junior estheticians while maintaining high service standards.
  • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and properly maintained.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with a minimum of  4 years’ experience as an Asthetician, preferably in a premium/luxury beauty or spa environment.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, skin analysis, and aesthetic procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and personal grooming.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant professional certification in Asthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field is an advantage.
