Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist

Role Description:

• The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the station.
• This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• The Senior HR Generalist will implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support managers with guidance on people-related issues.
• Additional responsibilities include managing employee benefits and administration, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting organizational culture and engagement activities. The role requires close collaboration with leadership and staff to create a fair, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles.
• Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with local labor laws and organizational standards.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including managing enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination.
• Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills to support employees and partner with management effectively.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling HR data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
• Experience working in media, broadcasting, or fast-paced service environments is beneficial.
