Job Title: Shop Floor Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a Shop Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth service, proper stock handling, and a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, customer-focused, and able to take ownership of day-to-day shop activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the shop floor and ensure the shop is ready for business each morning.
Attend to customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
Receive and coordinate incoming stock and ensure proper handling.
Coordinate customer orders and dispatch through courier services.
Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records.
Ensure the shop floor remains organised and operates efficiently.
Resolve or escalate customer and operational issues when necessary.
Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the shop floor.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, store operations, customer service, or a related role.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accountability.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and record-keeping
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
