We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator with a background in the construction industry to support the daily HR and administrative operations at our project site in Nekede,Imo State.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding etcc
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including offer letters, personnel files, ID cards, and onboarding records.
Manage attendance, biometrics, leave records, and HRIS updates.
Coordinate outsourced staff attendance and payroll information.
Support employee relations and staff welfare activities.
Arrange staff travel and accommodation where required.
Prepare HR reports and maintain administrative records.
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage office correspondence.
Oversee general office administration and supervise support staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years\' experience in an HR/Admin or Site Administrator role within the construction industry.
Good knowledge of HR administration and office management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
