Job Description

• We are hiring a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, inventory, and stock management for a client in the real estate industry.
• This role provides an opportunity to gain practical site and construction experience, with room for the successful candidate to transition into a Site Engineer role as they develop the required technical and site-management skills.
• This opportunity is open to fresh graduates and candidates who have recently completed NYSC, especially those interested in building a career in construction and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory and stock available onsite.
• Receive, record, store, and issue materials as required.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Monitor the movement and usage of materials onsite.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and accounted for.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Monitor general site activities and report issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support proper documentation and daily site reporting.
• Ensure the site is organized and materials are properly managed.
• Assist with other site-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or recently completed NYSC.
• HND / B.Sc./ B.Eng. in Engineering, Construction, Building, or a related field is an advantage.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work onsite and manage physical inventory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
