Summary
- We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Medi Manager to manage our social media platforms, WhatsApp Business, online customer engagement, and digital brand presence.
- The successful applicant will be working Hybrid, you only come to office 2 or 3times in a week, to take content and work from home other days.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create, curate and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, short-form videos, Reels and Stories.
- Ensure all content reflects Samitech Global Limited's brand, values and business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Grow the company's social media audience organically through consistent and strategic content.
WhatsApp Business Management:
- Manage the company's WhatsApp Business account professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer and prospect enquiries.
- Maintain and organize WhatsApp Business contacts, labels, catalogues and broadcasts.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers generated through WhatsApp and social media.
- Develop WhatsApp campaigns, promotional messages and customer engagement strategies.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and business prospects.
Content Creation:
- Develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions, marketing messages and short-form copy.
- Create or coordinate the production of graphics, videos and other digital content.
- Repurpose existing company content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
- Support the development of promotional materials for the company's products and services.
