Job Title: Store Officer

Location: Keffi, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • A reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking a qualified and experienced store officer to join its team.

Responsibilties

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  • Issue stock and materials to authorized personnel.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products
  • Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies or shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe store environment.
  • Prepare stock and inventory reports as required.

Reqirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics orany other related field.
  • 1-3 years experience on storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company, manufacturing firm, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
