Our client, a leading hospitality company opening soon it's new 5 star hotel in Apo Area of Abuja  required the  services of an experience Purchasing Officer and store keeper  to handle the Purchasing unit  and a Store Keeper for the store unit 

The ideal person as the Purchasing Officer Shall:

  • Manage the organisation's procurement of goods, services, and materials to ensure smooth business operations at the best possible cost.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure day to day recordings of all financial transactions as relates to sales and store activities.
  • The person shall be responsible for bank reconciliation and inventory reconciliation.
  • The person shall adhere to all purchase procedures and stores issuance procedures.
  • The ideal person as Store Keeper shall:
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the stock cards and issuance of MRN to suppliers.
  • The person shall be responsible for the preparation of income statement as well daily revenue report.
  • The person shall be responsible for maintenance of cash register and cash book.
  • The person shall handles all petty cash and preparation of voucher.
  • The person shall carry out any other responsibility as may be assigned.
  • Interested candidate should be able to resume within the next 2 weeks.The ideal candidate must be computer literate and knowledgeable in accounting softwares.
