Job Summary

• Saint Tees, a fashion and apparel company, is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, monitor stock movement, and ensure the proper storage and availability of fabrics, clothing materials, accessories, finished products, and other company supplies.
• The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, proactive, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring materials are properly stored and readily available to support smooth production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management:

• Receive, inspect, record, and arrange incoming goods and materials.
• Issue fabrics, garment materials, accessories, and other supplies to authorised personnel upon approval.
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, returned, and remaining.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report low stock, damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper labelling, categorisation, and storage of all items.

Store Organisation & Security:

• Keep the store clean, orderly, secure, and properly arranged.
• Ensure fabrics, garments, accessories, and other materials are stored appropriately to prevent damage or loss.
• Restrict unauthorised access to the store and maintain accountability for all stock.
• Ensure proper handling of company property and materials.
• Report suspected theft, misuse, or irregularities to management promptly.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date stock registers, bin cards, stock sheets, and inventory records.
• Prepare daily or periodic reports on stock movement and inventory balances.
• Ensure all stock receipts and issues are supported by appropriate documentation.
• Assist with monthly stocktaking and periodic inventory audits.
• Use Microsoft Excel or other inventory management tools to track stock movement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE; OND or higher qualification in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory control, warehousing, or stock management.
• Experience in fashion, garment production, textiles, retail, or manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory records, stock reconciliation, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, accountability, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and meet operational deadlines.
• Ability to handle and arrange stock safely.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates residing in Sangotedo, Ajah, or nearby areas will have an added advantage due to the job location. Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and able to commute to the workplace consistently.

Salary
N90,000 - N110,000 monthly.
