Job Title: Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of supermarket staff.
• Ensure employees carry out their duties effectively and professionally.
• Monitor sales activities and ensure proper accountability.
• Oversee stock management, product arrangement, and shelf replenishment.
• Ensure the supermarket is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor staff punctuality, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Report daily activities, challenges, and operational issues to management.
• Work closely with the cashier, inventory manager, sales representatives, and other staff.
• Help improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSC/HNDin Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a supermarket or retail business.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of sales operations and inventory management.
• Honesty, integrity, discipline, and accountability.
• Ability to manage staff and resolve workplace challenges.
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve business objectives.
