We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job role

• Managing talent acquisition processes and collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competences required for job openings
• Updating recruitment procedures and creating new procedures
• Building reports and dashboards to measure recruitment performance
• Overseeing HRIS data management
• Evaluating and suggesting best recruiting software for company needs
• Holding monthly meetings with all operations department leads and outstation visits
• Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related disciplines
• 2 - 4 years proven experience in a similar Talent Management role
• Professional certification.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills Negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
