The company was originally incorporated on the 18th day of March 1993 as TILONE (NIGERIA) Limited, with Registration Certificate Number 218492, and commenced business on the 1st of June 1993. On the 31st of March 2010, the company’s name was changed to Tilone Subsea Limited to reflect its core services and values

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tender Coordinator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• We are seeking to employ a competent and experienced Tender Coordinator to join our Operations/Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender process from identification to submission
• Review tender requirements and prepare a compliance matrix
• Liaise with Technical, Procurement and Finance departments for inputs
• Prepare and package technical and commercial bids
• Maintain tender register and track status of all bids.
• Ensure timely submission on NIPEX portal and client portals.

Requirements

• Age: 35 years and above
• Minimum of 7 years' proven experience as Tender Coordinator, Proposal Engineer, or Bid Manager
• Preferably with experience in the Oil & Gas industry/servicing companies
• B.Sc / HND in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Strong knowledge of NIPEX, NCDMB, NUPRC and IOCs tendering process and documentation
• Excellent proposal writing, costing and commercial bid preparation skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills
• Must be a resident of Port Harcourt or willing to relocate.
