Job Title: Territory Manager

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales, distribution, territory management, and team leadership? This opportunity may be for you!
  • We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to coordinate sales and distribution activities, drive sales growth, improve market coverage, and lead sales teams within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achievement of territory targets.
  • Manage sales routes and ensure effective outlet coverage.
  • Supervise, train, and coach sales representatives.
  • Monitor daily sales reports, sales reconciliation, and performance against targets.
  • Ensure product availability, proper stock control, and effective distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and improved sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Degree or HND.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in sales, distribution, and territory management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage sales teams, monitor KPIs, and drive results.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
