Job Title: Visa Officer
Location: Agungi, Lekki - Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, fees, and processing timelines.
- Assess client documents to ensure they meet the requirements of the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa application centre.
- Prepare, review, and organize visa application documents before submission.
- Complete and submit visa application forms accurately.
- Schedule visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, and other required processes.
- Monitor visa applications and provide clients with timely updates on their application status.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa centres, and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and guide clients on necessary corrections.
- Maintain proper records of client applications, documents, payments, and application outcomes.
- Keep up to date with changes in visa policies, requirements, fees, and application procedures.
- Ensure client information and documents are handled confidentially.
- Follow up on pending applications and communicate delays or additional requirements to clients.
- Assist clients with visa-related enquiries and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain accurate reports of submitted, approved, refused, and pending applications.
- Work closely with the Ticketing and Holiday teams to ensure visa and travel arrangements are properly coordinated.
- Perform other visa-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- B.Sc., HND, or OND in Travel & Tourism, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of visa processing or travel agency experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Strong research and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet application deadlines.
- Professional, patient, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
