Job Title: Wealth Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and originate new business opportunities across institutional, corporate, and retail segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Drive client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth initiatives.
Promote the organisation’s investment and asset management products and services.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial and investment solutions for clients.
Represent the organisation at business meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in business development, marketing, relationship management, or sales within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of asset management, investment products, and financial markets.
Professional qualifications such as CIS, ACA, CFA, ICAN,MBA, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
Must have prior experience as anInvestment and Wealth Manager
Proven ability to meet business growth and revenue targets.
Very strong industry network and client relationship management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary
N450,000 - N800,000 / month.
