What Nigerian recruiters actually check

Before a phone screen, a Nigerian recruiter typically: Googles your full name, checks your LinkedIn, opens your GitHub or portfolio if listed, and glances at your recent public posts. If the first page of Google is someone else with your name, or your LinkedIn is empty, or your photo is a party shot, you lose signal even before the call.
