We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Ijaiye Along Moniya / Iseyin Road - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough vetting and accuracy of documents to avoid errors
  • Deliver and collect documents between departments and management teams
  • Support procurement of office and facility supplies and consumables
  • Assist in preparing and setting up meeting areas and visitor arrangements
  • Support staff welfare logistics
  • Filing, photocopying, and data entry tasks
  • Maintain accurate administrative and operational records
  • Liaise with maintenance teams and vendors for facility repairs or equipment servicing
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Assist HR/Admin teams in coordinating staff attendance, onboarding, and distribution of uniforms/PPE
  • Support HR programs and employee welfare activities
  • Manage company social media handles as directed
  • Post updates, respond to comments/messages, and share relevant content.

Salary
N195,000 monthly.
