We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Ijaiye, Along Moniya/Iseyin Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement daily production plans
  • Monitor processing activities and workflow
  • Ensure targets are achieved with minimal wastage
  • Supervise production staff and machine operators
  • Assign duties and monitor attendance and performance
  • Ensure availability of raw materials for production
  • Monitor usage and prevent losses
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
  • Report defects, hazards, or incidents promptly
  • Liaise with Warehouse Officer for supply and dispatch
  • Coordinate with Facility Officer on equipment issues
  • Work with Security on movement of goods
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Salary
N195,000 - N250,000 monthly.
