Job Title: Architect

Job Summary

• The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural drawings, design renderings, and 3D mock-ups for branding, fabrication, media, and experiential marketing projects.
• The successful candidate will translate creative concepts into practical, visually compelling, and structurally feasible solutions while coordinating materials, vendors, artisans, and on-site execution to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, design renderings, and 3D mock-ups for branding, fabrication, and experiential marketing projects.
• Manage project execution from conceptualisation and design through production, installation, and final delivery.
• Identify suitable, durable, and cost-effective materials and determine appropriate dimensions for project implementation.
• Source, engage, and coordinate artisans, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
• Supervise on-site and off-site production, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Participate in project brainstorming, budgeting, planning, production, and execution.
• Coordinate with Creative, Business Development, Client Service, Procurement, and Operations teams to deliver projects in line with client briefs and brand objectives.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, allocate tasks to subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, productivity, and quality standards, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
• Conduct quality checks throughout production and installation to ensure compliance with approved designs and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, production records, cost reports, and post-project reports.
• Provide regular project updates to the Senior Operations Manager and support other operational activities as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or HND in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, branding production, fabrication, signage, or experiential marketing projects.
• Demonstrable ability to produce architectural drawings, design renderings, and 3D visualisations.
• Practical understanding of materials, fabrication processes, dimensions, and installation requirements.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, time management, and quality control skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Close attention to detail, creativity, accountability, and commitment to quality delivery.
