Job Title: Architect

About the Role
We are looking for an Architect who can handle design and construction, coordinate projects and real estate, and support administrative and business development work.
Responsibilities
Produce architectural designs and 3D visualizations
Oversee construction work and make sure it follows the approved designs
Coordinate projects and manage timelines, teams and deliverables
Coordinate real estate management activities
Follow up on contracts and keep them on track
Liaise with stakeholders, clients and contractors
Support business development, including client engagement and new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years
Degree in Architecture (MSC advantage)
Proficiency in Revit and 3D design software (required)
Strong design and construction knowledge
Experience in project management or coordination
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Organized, with strong attention to detail.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
